Sales

 

• Proof of proper enclosure is a must before any sale. 

 

• All of our reptiles come with a 7 day health guarantee. Failure to provide proof of proper habitat and care (enclosure, temperature, food, etc.) within the 7 days, voids this guarantee. 

 

•  Cash, E-Transfer and PayPal are accepted. All Sales are final.

 

• Sex cannot be guaranteed under 20 grams. Picture of pores is available upon request. 

 

Shipping within Ottawa:

 

• $10 delivery available anywhere within Ottawa (Pick up is free)

 

Shipping Outside of Ottawa: 

 

• Shipping is an extra cost at the buyers expense. We ship through Reptile Express only. 

 

• We will not offer refunds or discounts for tail loss during a hold or shipment. It is beyond our control.

 

• Arrive Alive Guarantee. You have 1 hour after receiving your gecko, to check that it has arrived alive. Failure to do so voids the guarantee. If the gecko arrives DOA, you will get a credit. Shipping will not be refunded or credited.

 

Winter Holds: 

 

• Winter holds are in effect from November to April (weather dependent). There is no cost to hold your gecko during winter, however, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your gecko. The remaining 50% of the cost will be due 1 week before shipping. 

 

• We will contact you 2 weeks before shipping. If you do not respond within those 2 weeks, you forfeit your gecko and any deposit given.
